We do not use visitor statistics or tracking tools (see Privacy Policy, section 3). Instagram, Facebook and YouTube are only linked, not embedded (the Instagram photos on our home page are delivered from our own server), so these providers cannot set cookies while you are on our website.

Only where it is technically necessary for a function you use do we store anything on your device:

• Forms: on the pages of our guest preference sheet and our shared charter links, your answers are saved in your own browser (local storage) while you fill in the form, so that you can continue later. They are removed when you send the form; otherwise they stay in your browser until you clear them, with “Start again” on the preference sheet or by deleting your browser’s data for windkind.com.
• Security: in rare cases, our hosting provider Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary security cookie to protect the website against automated attacks.

This storage is strictly necessary to provide the function you have requested and therefore does not require your consent.

Should we ever use cookies that require consent, we will ask for your consent beforehand and update this page.
